P90X DAY 92-93: Plyo and Back/Biceps.

STUFF FOR 5/20/14
PLYO
PLYO seemed a bit more difficult this time around. I'm still in another universe, compared to where I started, but I had to hit pause for longer breaks for the first time in a while.

I even folded a load of laundry just so I could catch my breath. With my wife's stuff, needless to say it is not as simple as folding towels so I had plenty of time to catch my breath. I've come to the realization that folding women's clothes requires a PHD in Physics.

This is still my favorite workout. It's probably the shortest. So. That has something to do with it.

I had some gains with this one. Increased weight on a couple exercises. Reps on others.
