P90X DAY 142-146: Arms/Shoulders, Yoga, Legs/Back AND NOT MUCH.

I was sort of irritated because I felt a weak on some of the exercises.
 

I got to the second set of Deep Swimmers Presses and couldn't seem to find where my strength went.


SO, I had to yell at my brain.


I'm assuming I was probably just being stupid and doing too much other stuff that I wiped myself out by the time I got to the workout.

Since I took a beating from PLYO earlier in the week:

 
AND Arms/Shoulders didn't go as well as planned.


 
I cut back a bit on the weights for this week on the exercises where they are used. And I felt pretty good getting through the workout. Normally, I'd push through...and probably hurt myself. This time around. I didn't let my EGO get in the way. As Tony would say.

My Wife and I went back to the Poconos for the weekend. Since I worked out hard and ate relatively decent. I decided to reward myself, AGAIN, by doing nothing.
