Heart Rate AVG ???
Max ???
Calories Burned ???

I got about half way through this workout when I realized I forgot to put on my trusty heart monitor.

Overall not bad, I think I may increase the weights again on this one, next week or the week after.

The last time increased the weights, I probably did too much and was walking around like this for a couple days.

I made it through 4 days of Shakeology for Breakfast and Lunch. It really was not bad at all. Although, I probably put way to much Peanut Butter in, than should be humanly allowed.

I'm now a shake guy.

Up until this point, I always assumed "shake guys" were like these guys below, except with Muscles, G-String Type Tank Tops, and could be seen hanging around at the gym bothering people who were trying to work out.

I'm not sure why.

I pushed back Plyo a day because I had a pretty big dinner the night before and didn't want to be like this after every move:

Trying to get through PLYO after eating, without throwing up is sort of like this:

STUFF FOR WEDNESDAY 9/24/14
Plyo
I extended the breaks after the 3rd and 4th Rounds, but not by much.

I think having the Heart Rate Monitor Made my push myself a little bit more. Which was probably a bad idea with this workout. But I made it through. During my last break I was looking at the CALORIES BURNED and it was jumping up 3 at a time, which sort of shocked me.

P90X Round 3 Day 2: Arms/Shoulders

Today was my Parent's Anniversary. For anybody reading who didn't know, my Dad Passed away last year, so we took my Mom out for dinner. Just to try to take her mind away, if even just for a couple hours. Mine too.

I know everybody is dealing with some sort of loss in some way, but it's still tough. They say things get easier with time, but I'm not sure that is necessarily true with ALL things.

I still have dreams with my Dad in them, and I forget he's no longer with us. I lost a great friend nearly 5 years ago too, and there's still fleeting moments where I'm about to text him to see what he's doing. Funny how the mind works sometimes.

I suppose that just goes to show, how people who we've lost are always our mind. In some way.

Thinking about my dad today, my best attempt to try to do him justice in a post, was the one below from earlier this year.

 As for the workouts.

I was supposed to do Plyo tonight. I had already learned my lesson not to eat before I did THAT particular workout...the hardway. When we got back from dinner, I could sense that if I let any more time pass, I would not get any workout in at all. So, I decided to do Arms/Shoulders a day early.

I was never too great at following directions anyway.

Day 219 Overall

Today. I officially started my 3rd Round of P90X.

This Time around I'm adding in Ab Ripper X. And I'm adding in Shakeology. So, I'll see what type of added results I can get.

I refused to do Ab Ripper up until this month. That said, in the right light, and if you squint, you may be able to spot some semblance of an ab.

I'm a sucker for this type of stuff. It reminds me of my dog when he sees me, after I've been out of his sight for 15 minutes.
