P90X DAYS 213 - 215: Softball and Nothing.

I came out of Retirement to play in a Softball Game on Wednesday.

I must say, as much as I am critical of everything I do, I was pretty happy with my performance.


As a dead pull right handed hitter, I'd frustrate the hell out of myself trying to hit the ball to right field with anything more than a weak pop up.


This time, along with some big hits to left, I hit a couple nice line drives over to right field, which had some of my old teammates who knew my affinity for pulling the ball, coming up to me and saying:

Anyway. Thursday and Friday were sort of a waste. I'm on my Recovery week, before I "officially" start my 3rd-ish Round of P90X, so I'm not beating myself up about it.

Long week. Bad Headaches and I had stressed myself out with stupid stuff. So. I took a couple days off. Now, I'm determined to get right back at it.
