P90X Round 3 Day 1: Chest/Back and DAY 1

Day 219 Overall

Today. I officially started my 3rd Round of P90X.

This Time around I'm adding in Ab Ripper X. And I'm adding in Shakeology. So, I'll see what type of added results I can get.

I refused to do Ab Ripper up until this month. That said, in the right light, and if you squint, you may be able to spot some semblance of an ab.
