For Tuesday I went for a short run and was going to do Chest/Back, but got a call my Grandmom went into the hospital, so I was in the emergency room for the night. She's been in and out of the Hospital several times lately, but she is a fighter and a stronger person that I can hope to be.

She has been through quite a bit and I've never heard her complain once. She just keeps fighting on. Which is motivational in and of itself and certainly puts things in perspective.
