P90X DAY 7 - 8: Yoga and Chest/Back

Monday was supposed to be my off day, but since I took off Friday I did some Yoga. When it comes to doing the WHOLE Hour and Half of Yoga X, I'm still like:

So, I just did the first Half Hour and Some Ab Ripper X.

Tuesday was another Morning Workout. I'm still "okay" with it.

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to sleep in, but once I'm done, I'm digging the fact my workout for the day is over.
