Once again. I was just being too lazy to post.

The workouts are still going well.

Although, I had my first morning, Tuesday, Where I could not drag myself out of bed.
I woke up. And thought:


And, went back to sleep.

I figured missing a morning workout was bound to happen sooner or later. However, I moved some things around and made up the workout.

I also took off Thursday for Thanksgiving, but put myself through an insane day of working out Friday, PLYO, BACK/BICEPS and a 4 MILE RUN, while my wife was braving the Shopping madness.
