STUFF FOR MONDAY 12/1/14
Today was supposed to be my rest day, but I got in some Ab Ripper X and a half hour of Yoga. I do Yoga in my Office right after work. I find mentally it's easier to get out of the way doing it that way, and when I'm done, I no longer feel like punching a wall after a LONG LONG LONG day of work.
I was also all proud of myself because I put together a healthy meal in the crock pot
However, when I got home, I came to find out that I never turned it on.
I suppose this answers my own Question.
